摘要: Respiratory infections are among the most important diseases of growing pigs. In order to elucidate multifactorial aetiology porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC) in Denmark, lungs from 148 finishing pigs with cranioventral bronchopneumonia (case group) and 60 without lung lesions (control were collected abattoirs. The pathogens involved PRDC their interactions identified linked histopathological diagnosis. samples cultured for bacteria tested by multiplex polymerase chain reaction presence swine influenza virus (type A), reproductive syndrome (both European US type), circovirus type 2 (PCV2), coronavirus, cytomegalovirus, Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae hyorhinis. All cases had lobular consistent PRDC. There was a broad range microscopical characterized as acute (n=10), subacute (n=24) or chronic (n=114) bronchopneumonia. Five bacterial species, five viruses two spp. detected different combinations. PCV2, M. hyopneumoniae, hyorhinis Pasteurella multocida frequently affected diversity number higher these animals compared controls. No clear-cut associations between histological diagnoses. occurs more than enzootic pneumonia Danish has varied histopathology.
