摘要: Different factors can influence the absorption and storage of substances in plant biomass. In this study, we evaluated effect copper concentration growth medium exposure time on accumulation Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms. (Pontederiaceae) roots leaves under controlled conditions. Plants were subjected to four treatments concentrations 1, 3 5 μg.mL -1 , with a control treatment 0 at seven-day intervals over 21 days. Copper biomass was analysed by atomic spectroscopy flame atomisation. The results showed that had significant amount accumulated E. leaves, more efficient compared leaves. It is likely has mechanisms for translocation metal from root system Symptoms toxicity observed vegetative parts plants end experiments. This study demonstrates presents great potential laboratory conditions, indicating its effectiveness applications phytoremediation processes.
