摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to the structure of a perpendicular magnetic write head for use in disk drive. A shingled-microwave-assisted recording high-areal-density hard drive comprises trailing shield, flare-shaped main pole, one or more side shields, spin torque oscillator, and two asymmetric gaps, where gap has smaller width than other gap. oscillator shares first continuous edge with pole on adjacent having second media facing surface. angle formed by surface narrow is greater about 90°.
