摘要: Australian rangelands are rich in Indigenous cultural heritage sites and rangers increasingly manage them. It is well documented that climate-change adaptation planning on a local scale benefits from stakeholder-led or bottom-up process. However, to date, few bottom-up, practical pathways exist for Australians. This paper describes the development of tool supports rangers’ plan impacts sites. To limited number methodologies managing have been developed internationally. Importantly these not geared By contrast, many generic decision-support tools support planning. These commonly begin with scoping phase. The phase described. A validation model, consisting central assumptions behind each element phase, then set out. Future testing field would involve assessment through confirmation otherwise assumptions. first two model addressed: perceive them priority need. Previous literature has addressed questions detail. Only if positive responses gained foundational can future be justified. Results preliminary fieldwork undertaken northern Australia found out three case studies sites, regard addressing as priority.
