摘要: Provided is a ultra-high-sensitivity assay in which the can be made on commonly used apparatus such as an absorptiometer and plate reader or with naked eyes. The high-sensitivity eyes provided by combining enzyme cycling method using thio-NAD(P) coenzyme, labeling substrate for optimally, amplifying thio-NAD(P)H, signaling substance, exponentially then quantifying thio-NAD(P)H colorimetrically.
