摘要: Tumors of the conjunctiva and cornea comprise a large varied spectrum conditions. These tumors are grouped into two major categories congenital acquired lesions. The lesions further subdivided based on origin mass surface epithelial, melanocytic, vascular, fibrous, neural, histiocytic, myxoid, myogenic, lipomatous, lymphoid, leukemic, metastatic secondary tumors. Melanocytic include nevus, racial melanosis, primary melanoma, other ocular conditions like melanocytosis pigmentary deposition. most frequent nonmelanocytic neoplastic squamous cell carcinoma lymphoma, both which have typical features appreciated clinical examination. caruncle displays slightly different array compared to those elsewhere conjunctiva, as nevus papilloma common, but oncocytoma sebaceous gland hyperplasia, adenoma, can be found.
