摘要: Abstract Two large-scale feeding tests were conducted on the BALB c and CFW strains of Swiss mice to measure influences sublethal levels dietary organochlorine insecticides reproduction. The fed DDT at 7 ppm, Mirex 5 Telodrin 1 ppm. No changes in sex ratio offspring observed for any compounds either strain. In strain diet produced a significant increase parent mortality, smallest first litters throughout tests. This resulted lowest production per day producing pairs. strain, had no effect but did alter significantly number young pair. litters, lower than DDT-fed animals. Differences found between two mortality fecundity alteration Mirex-fed groups, influence born pairs, effects by increasing time required produce litters. all instances reduced litter size day.
