摘要: This study was conducted to evaluate calcium phosphate cement as a root canal sealer-filler material. Fifteen teeth of one adult beagle dog were instrumented #30 Hedstrom file and filled with mixed into creamy paste using glycerin phosphoric acid in ratio 1:1 group A 3:1 B. Four used controls gutta-percha the lateral condensation technique. Histological evaluation periradicular tissues both experimental control showed variable degrees inflammatory response after 62 days.
