摘要: According to the manufacturing method for an organic electroluminescence device comprising luminescent layers between anode and a cathode, electron transport layer forming materials are introduced in liquid phase process so as form layers. First composed of prescribed elements, such halides (e.g., LiF) or oxides alkali metals, earth rare into openings bank on blue-color realizing emission; second metallic complex β-diketone complex), generally expressed chemical formula MA n using center atom M (e.g. Ca) ligand A acetylacetone (acac)), red-color green-color emission.
