摘要: Uniform cooling of complex surface shapes in injection mold tooling can be accomplished with channels that conform to the cavity or cone. By conventional methods this very difficult accomplish. applying material deposition sintering, which include but are not limited to, laser metal deposition, where is deposited on a layer by basis, certain heating passages could integrated into manufactured component follow contours and profiles mold's surfaces. These would act as internal heat sinks much higher area for transfer than traditional drilled plugged straight passages. geometries also incorporated such as, turbine blades contour outer shape, provide more uniform controlled from component. Multiple loops designed solid objects small-scale exchanger technologies.
