摘要: Formulation of recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with pulverized rubber-like material, and optimally a compatibilizing agent is described for application to railroad tie construction other products. Desirably, the attractive formulation provides useful products from recycling plastic PET bottles discarded tires which greatly benefits environment. The can be foamed during an extrusion process reduce density composite so as even more economically attractive. Optional use branching-chain extension agents and/or hydrolytic stabilization additives also used in further benefits.
