Field-induced spin-crossover transition of[MnIII(taa)]studied under pulsed magnetic fields

摘要: We have performed the high-field magnetization measurements on spin-crossover complex $[{\mathrm{Mn}}^{III}(\mathrm{taa})]$ $({\mathrm{H}}_{3}\mathrm{taa}=\mathrm{tris}(1\text{\ensuremath{-}}(2\text{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{azolyl})\text{\ensuremath{-}}2\text{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{azabuten}\text{\ensuremath{-}}4\text{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{yl})\mathrm{amine})$ under pulsed magnetic fields. The field-induced transition is successfully observed. full conversion from low to high spin state by external field achieved. obtained field-temperature phase diagram agrees with analysis, taking into account entropy contribution dynamic structural disorder in of $[{\mathrm{Mn}}^{III}(\mathrm{taa})]$, which was proposed recent dielectric measurement. observed accompanies large hysteresis. Measurements fields different sweep rates are conducted order clarify character spin-crossover. Strong rate dependence hysteresis indicates that crossover relaxation process takes place upon increasing rate.
