摘要: To examine the differences between pregnant women who underwent embryo transfer (ET) and those conceived naturally, as well in their respective babies, to determine causes for these differences, provide recommendations are planning undergo ET. A retrospective cohort study was performed of had received ET natural conception (NC) medical services during pregnancy babies delivered at Shunde Women Children’s Hospital Guangdong Medical University, China January 2016 December 2018. In line with requirements ethics committee, before formal investigation, we first explained content informed consent patient patient, all subjects included agreed patient. Respondents visit analyze records under reasonable conditions. Each case an group 321 randomly matched three cases NC (963 cases) on same day. The demographic information, past history, delivery maternal neonatal outcomes two groups were compared using univariate analysis. Age, duration hospitalization, number pregnancies, miscarriages, induced abortion, ectopic pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, anemia, risk, mode fetal delivery, births significantly different (all P   0.05). percentages low birth weight premature higher than group. contrast, infant gender prevalence macrosomia, anomaly, asphyxia, extremely not P > 0.05). clinical mothers status infants better Maternal health must be closely monitored improved reduce incidence comorbidity enhance quality life.
