摘要: With nearly 80% of Vietnamese people holding Buddhist beliefs in some form, Buddhism-based healing is popular Vietnam. Coupled with cultural stigma against seeking formal mental health services, psychological needs frequently seek different forms at temples, including exorcism and spirit-calling. In this article, I present case vignettes spirit-calling that documented during my ethnographic study Based on these cases, will discuss the impact spiritual activities like for implications social work Vietnam elsewhere.
