摘要: Purpose Political interest in the future availability of natural resources has spiked recently, with new documents from European Union, United Nations Environment Programme and US National Research Council assessing supply situation key raw materials. As resource efficiency is considered a element for sustainable development, suitable methods to address sustainability use are increasingly needed. Life cycle thinking assessment may play principal role here. Nonetheless, extent which current life impact capable answer challenges widely debated. The aim this paper present elements ongoing discussion, contributing development more robust comprehensive evaluating (LCA) context.
