摘要: Despite the need for increased industrial energy efficiency, studies indicate that cost-efficient conservation measures are not always implemented, explained by existence of efficiency barriers. The main objective this chapter is to understand how overcome barriers from a learning system perspective view after having comprehensive insight agency relationship developed between stakeholders in industry.
