摘要: A series of soil isolation plates may be regarded as the mycological equivalent point quadrat sampling pins, and thus statistical assessment cumulated presence absence records using conventional parametric techniques ( t -test, analysis variance) is possible. In practice, results such tests become unreliable when data are not normally distributed or have been obtained pins appreciable physical size, although they remain good rank estimates true percentage cover. set non-normal has analysed variance raw iteratively transformed data, compared with corresponding values derived from a non-parametric which rely upon ranking scores to compared. It concluded high level agreement between results, together more general applicability comparative simplicity tests, that latter serious alternatives for difficultly records.
