摘要: Lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine are important markers for oxidative stress in nephrotic syndrome cardiovascular nephropathy. The purpose of this study was to examine selected antioxidant defense & nephropathies. Therefore, carried out investigate oxidant status patients with nephritis. blood samples were analyzed quantitation malondialdehyde as index lipid peroxide, vitamin C, total capacity, lipoprotein (a), profile. Significantly increased levels serum cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, malondialdehyde, homocysteine, (p<0.001) decreased high protein, albumin, plasma C noticed the nephropathy compared control subjects. In conclusion is nephropathic due hyperhomocysteinemia, hyperlipoproteinemia hypoproteinemia. Cardiovascular had more than patients.
