摘要: The recovery kinetics of lymphohematopoietic tissues was studied after split doses (4 x 1.7 Gy) X-irradiation in NFS mice, which are highly susceptible to radiation-induced lymphoma. Thymic and splenic weights had decreased a similar extent (42% 43% normal) 24 hours irradiation. weight began recover continuous decrease for 3 weeks attained an almost normal level by 8 In contrast, recovered more than 70% the control 1 week irradiation but delayed thereafter. number thymocytes remarkably reduced (26% last still significantly lower (60% 69%) 4 nucleated marrow cell not as (56% thymocyte exposure 4-6 femoral CFU-S (spleen colony-forming units) 1.7% exposure, then showed logarithmic growth. However, ceased 6 irradiation, at point about 60% level. These results suggest that disordered lymphohematopoiesis thymus, spleen bone persists extended period time this disorder occurs connection with reduction number.
