摘要: Die funktionellen Magen-Darm-Storungen, allen voran das Reizmagen-(RMS)-und Reizdarmsyndrom (RDS), zahlen in der Allgemeinpraxis mit 12% und gastroenterologischen Praxis bis zu 30% den haufigsten Problemerkrankungen ambulanten Medizin [2, 3, 9, 14]. Nicht nur aufgrund relativen Haufigkeit beider Krankheitsbilder, sondern auch wegen des zum Teil hohen Leidensdruckes Patienten, besitzen die Diagnosesicherung gezielte symptomatische Therapie einen Stellenwert Gastroenterologie.
