摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy, stability, and safety stent-assisted coiling (SAC) balloon-assisted (BAC) in treatment ruptured wide-necked aneurysms acute period. Methods Consecutive patients including 65 cases treated with SAC 32 BAC were reviewed at authors' institution between November 2011 December 2014. efficacy these 2 approaches incidence periprocedural complications retrospectively evaluated. Results Morphologic analysis showed a lower fundus/neck ratio (1.2 vs. 1.6) versus (P Conclusions These findings suggested that more appropriate than for or wider neck size. However, complications, occlusion rates, favorable outcomes did not differ techniques.
