摘要: microRNAs (miRNAs) are well-known, powerful regulators of gene expression, and their potential to serve as circulating biomarkers is widely accepted. In cardiovascular disease (CVD), numerous studies have suggested miRNAs strong with high diagnostic well prognostic power. coronary artery (CAD) heart failure (HF), been reliable matching up established protein-based such cardiac troponins (cT) or natriuretic peptides. Also, in other CVD entities, were identified surprisingly specific - great for clinical applicability, especially those entities that lack atrial fibrillation (AF) acute pulmonary embolism (APE). this regard, miRNA signatures, comprising a set miRNAs, yield sensitivity specificity. Attempts utilize therapeutic agents led promising results. article, we review the applicability CVD. We giving an overview depict variety deployment. illustrate function by means single examples
