摘要: In vitro approaches using human cancer cell lines aimed to identify and validate oncology targets, have pinpointed a number of key targets signalling pathways which control growth death. However, tumors are more than insular masses proliferating cells. Instead they complex tissues composed multiple distinct types that participate in homotypic heterotypic interactions depend upon each other for their growth. Therefore, many need be validated the context whole animal. This review provides an overview on how animal models can generated used target identification validation vivo.
