摘要: The neuroleptic responsive (NR) and nonresponsive (NNR) selected lines of mice differ more than 10-fold in the ED50 for catalepsy induced by a wide variety neuroleptics with high dopamine D2/D1 receptor activity ratio, e.g., haloperidol. NR NNR also significantly D2 somatodendritic density; within substantia nigra zona compacta ventral tegmental area, increases line are on average 33 48%, respectively.
