摘要: This paper studies the electric vehicle (EV) charging scheduling problem of a park-and-charge system with objective to minimize EV battery degradation cost while satisfying characteristic. First, we design operating model taking interests both customers and parking garage into consideration. Subsequently, is devised capture characteristic performance during process. Taking account developed model, explored minimization formulated. To make tractable, investigate features decompose two subproblems. A vacant resource allocation algorithm dynamic power adjustment are proposed obtain optimal solution minimization. Several simulations based on realistic settings conducted evaluate effectiveness applicability methods in discussed scenarios. Simulation results exhibit superior algorithms achieving most reduction lowest peak load compared other benchmark solutions, which beneficial for operators.
