Prenatal diagnosis of a stable de novo centric fission: A case report

摘要: We report on the prenatal diagnosis of a baby with de novo centromeric fission chromosome 21. Both products were mitotically stable. Follow-up analysis after birth confirmed centromere fission. This appears to be without clinical significance for this patient.
