[Indirect laryngoscopy : Alternatives to securing the airway].

摘要: Endotracheal intubation remains the gold standard for securing airway in emergency medicine. However, difficult endotracheal and complications are common during intubation. In contrast to conventional direct laryngoscopy, new generation of devices does not require visualization vocal cords tube placement. These allow a better glottic view successful placement tube, especially if laryngoscopy is difficult. Recent studies showed that utilization these can be easily learned.
