摘要: Polylactide (PLA) composites with three types of fillers, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and mica, have been prepared. Methods preparation were melt mixing in a Brabender plasticorder at 190 °C solution chloroform. The concentration added fillers was: 0.1, 1, 5 mass% (only by mixing). Thermal properties prepared investigated differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermogravimetric analysis. dispersity filler matrix was examined electron microscopy. There no agglomeration any composites. Results DSC analysis reveal the influence method on thermal transitions. By method, introduced hindered crystallization but caused mostly just slight increase Tg relative to pure PLA (57.4 °C). solution-mixing absence is noticed all samples. Concurrently displayed higher for ca. 5–6 (53.3 °C), exception composite smallest content carbonate nanofiller. stability improved composites, regardless used method. It especially pronounced regarding decomposition temperature (5 loss) where ranges from 11 up 55 case 17–35 mixing.
