摘要: The influence of horizontally placed internals on the physical behaviour a dense fluidized bed has been observed using an X-ray technique. were sieve-like baffles with aperture size two orders magnitude larger than diameter particles. Both freely bubbling and single injected bubbles observed. For latter, made to emerge from layer more opaque X-rays into one transparent. In this way, flow pattern around bubble wake could be results show that do not mean or velocity significantly, confirming earlier indirect observations. It is also shown material removed fluidization by baffles. Results are given as statistics for rise function without present, sequences images showing effect
