摘要: In order to satisfy uniform irradiation requirement in inertial confinement fusion(ICF) system, the influence of surface characteristics continuous phase plate on beam quality is studied this paper. Based wave optics and geometrical optics, theoretical analysis model established, respectively. And parameter, root mean square gradient, used unify both models. Meanwhile, smoothing effects gradient laser with low-frequency aberrant wavefront are simulated. Numerical simulations show that radius focus spot will increase plate, nonuniformity top decrease quickly, then reduce slowly tend be unchanged finally. So effect obvious. addition, energy availability factor has little change, decreases gradually reduces slowly. Spot size, all a good range when correlation length not changed 0.2—0.8 wave/mm.
