摘要: The incidence of knee and hip joint osteoarthritis in subjects with below amputation (BK) appears significantly higher compared to unimpaired subjects, especially the intact side. However, it is controversial if constant loads on sound side are one major factors for an increased (OA) BK, beside other risk factors, e.g. respect metabolism. aim wasto investigate contact forces (JCF) calculated by a musculoskeletal model compare those further elucidate how far JCF associated frontal plane moments. A group seven BK ten were recruited this study. Gait data measured 3D motion capture force plates. OpenSim software was applied calculate JCF. Maximum angles, ground reaction forces, moments as well time distance parameters determined between groups showing no significant differences, some components even being slightly smaller reference group. This positive finding may be due selected ESAR foot. beneficial also have influenced result such general good health status or thorough proper fitting alignment prosthesis.
