摘要: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is a preg- nancy-specific disorders that occurs mainly in the third trimester and characterized by pruritus elevated bile acid levels. ICP regarded as benign disease with no meaningful consequences to mother but associated an increased perinatal risk rates fetal morbidity mor- tality. The pathogenesis unknown like- ly involves genetic hypersensitivity estrogen or es- trogen metabolites. Mutations polymorphisms some hepatobiliary transport proteins may contribute severity. Treatment fo- cused on a) reducing symptoms b) provide adequate obstetric management order prevent distress. Currently, only Ursodeoxycholic treatment has been proven be useful should considered patients severe complications previous pregnancies.
