摘要: Herein, a simple and feasible electrochemical immunosensing method for simultaneous voltammetric detection of two immunoglobulin proteins, human IgG (HIgG) rabbit (RIgG), was developed using distinguishable signal-generation tags on the same electrode. The immunosensor prepared by immobilizing Fab antibody fragments gold After this, Cu Cd nanocrystals, as nanotags, were synthesized functionalized with identical antibodies. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) employed to characterize nanocrystals. covalently modified electrode through Au-thiolate bond (to dispel non-specific adsorption) investigated via scanning (SEM). sandwiched immunoreaction, antibody-modified nanocrystals captured immunosensor, which could be interrogated in pH 3.5 HCl square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry. Experimental results also indicated that multiplexed immunoassay enabled HIgG RIgG single run similar linear range from 0.01 10 ng mL-1, limits (LODs) towards analytes low 3.4 pg mL-1 (at 3σ). Acceptable assay precision, reproducibility, specificity, accuracy acquired. Importantly, newly designed strategy avoided cross-talk enzymatic introduction compared conventional immunoassays, thus exhibiting promising potential clinical applications.
