摘要: Abstract The fatty acid composition of commercial lambs from different production systems Spain, Germany, United Kingdom and two types Uruguayan (heavy light) was studied. Concentrate fed lambs, as Spanish displayed the highest proportions linoleic (C18:2), while reared under extensive grazing conditions, showed linolenic (C18:3), due to great concentration this in grass. German British which were grass concentrate, intermediate (C18:3). Heavy had higher intramuscular fat content (5.92%) than (4.25%) (4.32%) twofold light (Spanish (2.41%) (3.05%)). Uruguayan, a low polyunsaturated/saturated (P/S) ratio their high saturated (SFA) proportion. Principal component analysis performed study relationship between acids. clearly separated other situated close short chain n  − 6 acids  − 6/  − 3 data plot for proportions. Light located long acids, heavy placed near antithrombotic potential (ATT), stearic (C18:0), SFA conjugated (CLA) types.
