摘要: Abstract The commingled technology is one of the most effective and alternative methodologies for producing more sustainable as well uniformly distributed natural fiber reinforced composite without inflecting shearing strength on yarns or reinforcing fiber. term encompasses materials consisting both polymer matrix over same fabric cross-section used production highly flexible, continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic prepregs. Nonetheless, increased pathlength high melt viscosity around 500–5000 Pa s molten makes processing difficult compared with other thermoset plastic (usually 100 Pa s). Where hybrid can be considered promising preforms employed long because low cost, ease storage manipulation, excellent flexibility, molding capacity, reduced pressure consolidation impregnation time while ability to form complex-shaped parts. parameters that affect process commingling controls composite; degree depends pressure, temperature, speed during a fixed period. Recently has become possible destines wide array applications in aircrafts, automotive, sporting goods. This paper reviews types composite, various routes, influence parameters, their properties, application. manufacturing development through air-jet texturing, intermingling process, are also discussed concerning attributes advanced composites.
