摘要: Expression of urokinase- and tissue-type plasminogen activators their inhibitor PAI-1 in the cytosolic fraction 20 osteosarcomas, chondrosarcomas, 13 giant-cell bone tumors, 5 Ewing's sarcomas, 7 osteochondral exostoses was studied by enzyme immunoassay. The content urokinase-type activator increased, while concentration decreased tumors various histological compositions compared to exostoses. A positive correlation found between volume osteo- chondrosarcomas. increased patients with primary osteosarcomas characterized early generalization pathological process.
