摘要: Abstract Aim of the work To assess frequency and severity peripheral enthesitis in spondyloarthritis (SpA) patients using musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKUS) B mode associated with power Doppler (PD) compared to a group mechanical low back pain (M-LBP). Patients methods The study included 40 SpA 20 M-LBP as control group. Ultrasound (US) PD was performed at Achilles tendon (AT) plantar fascia (PF). Results mean age SpA 41.9 ± 14.3 years disease duration 8.4 ± 5.8 years. Axial form found 36 cases (90%) 4 (10%). ESR 28.3 ± 23.2 mm/1sth CRP 22.9 ± 31.2 mg/l. In 109/160 (68.1%) assessed entheseal sites were significantly abnormal 27/80 (33.8%) M-LBP (AT p Conclusion high among AT most affected enthesis. Abnormal vascularization cortical bone insertion entheses detected especially patients, there great evidence subclinical enthesitis.
