DISCUSSIONE: Utilizzare conoscere, attraverso panel esperti, problemi salute piuI€ importanti associati alla tossicitaI€ trattamento pre-TCSE, puoI€ orientare l'as- sistenza risorse sugli esiti attesi noti, cosiI€ da poter intervenire efficacemente con prestazioni fina- lizzate ridurne rischi complicanze specifiche. Due risk, patient requires careful evalua- tion often complex, intensive non-risk free interventions; classification provides way classify standardise areas nursing interest. A previous among experts had iden- tified diagnoses, according relevant onco-haematolo- gical field. OBJECTIVE: The aim was identify which were HSCT. METHOD: conducted two rounds; structured questionnaire on point scale used build consensus, involving experienced nurse enrolled Italian Centres. Results: present identified HSCT; it also defined as important having obtained absolute consensus. DISCUSSION: Use know, from experts, most health problems associated with toxicity HCSE treatment, can direct assistance resources towards expercied known outcomes so be able intervene effectively performances aimed at reducing risks specific complications.
