摘要: This manuscript describes a computer-aided approach for the design and evaluation of potential impacts new cycling routes connecting university campus with city’s street network. The were based on analyses actual trips reported in survey carried out over 900 undergraduate students, field information obtained from Google Earth (GE). Whereas GE helped identification suitable paths, GIS tools used to assess proposed bicycle, car walking trips. results show that methodology is adequate exploratory studies transferable Planning Support System (PSS). Such system could be designed variety goals, such as management bicycles flows, etc. Although this study focuses particular case campus, can easily applied other large trip generators.
