摘要: For yet unclear reasons, telomeres form small but dynamical clusters. We study here the clustering of 32 independent modeled as Brownian particles moving inside restricted cellular domain. When average number telomere clusters is 5, dissociation constant a packet, we find that regardless its size in 3D around 20s. By comparing several different models, suggest cluster, should all be attached to unique docking zone. Finally, dynamics two and show at equilibrium, when mean constant, individual are highly dynamic obtain law intermittent switching between clusters. We conclude process Yeast {S. cerevisiae} similar results for Plasmodium falciparum telomeres.
