摘要: The design of efficient systems for the targeted delivery nucleic acids into cells is a rapidly developing area polymer chemistry, molecular biology, and medicine. Complexes between DNA or RNA polyanions various polycations, which are usually called polyplexes, hold promise as such systems. Polyethylenimines (PEIs) their derivatives often used in research preparation complexes with plasmid DNA, oligonucleotides, small RNA. Polyplex nanoparticles employed genetic material culture development methods treatment cancer diseases. properties polyplexes depend on size, dispersity, hydrophilicity PEI its ratio polymers complex, responsible surface charge, resulting nanoparticles. efficiency determined by ability to interact components biological inside cells, well blood vascular walls extracellular matrix during systemic vivo use.
