摘要: The main objective of this paper is to investigate the use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) derive success factors eParticipation initiatives according practitioners' view. For purpose, a European survey took place using questionnaires. results suggest that tools technologies currently employed are mainly general purpose not specifically designed for eParticipation. further can be grouped together in seven categories, namely commitment by government; usability; combining online with offline channels; thorough communication promotion plan; security privacy; organisational issues; topics' complexity quality participation. A comparison published eGovernment suggests there similarities but also significant differences. We anticipate will interest practitioners as they distil others experience usable form. work researchers it enable validating evaluation models.
