摘要: This paper presents an overview of the high-temperature electrolysis research and development program at Idaho National Laboratory, with selected observations cell degradation single-cell, small stack large facility scales. The objective INL is to address technical scale-up issues associated implementation solid-oxide technology for hydrogen production from steam. In envisioned application, would be coupled advanced nuclear reactor efficient large-scale non-fossil non-greenhouse-gas production. supports a broad range activities including bench-scale experiments, larger scale demonstrations, detailed computational fluid dynamic modeling, system modeling. A summary current status these future plans will provided, focus on problem degradation.
