摘要: The association of clubbing with miscellaneous diseases and its diagnostic implications are such that detection should prompt consideration the underlying etiology. We encountered a 48-year-old woman clubbed fingers cauliflower-like gingival swelling on hard palate upper jaw. There were no conventionally well-known causes for clubbing. Histological examination gum biopsy specimen revealed diagnosis inflammatory hyperplasia. As an etiology fingers, gingivitis was suggested, since regressed in parallel remission after treatment by extraction anterior teeth.
