摘要: The dissolved states of trace metal ions in natural water have been investigated by using the ultrafiltration technique and combined system size exclusion chromatography /ICP-MS. Lake Biwa was chosen as experimented field. lake samples were first filtered with membrane filter (pore 0.45μm), then filtrate solutions concentrated 500-fold filter, which large organic molecules molecular weight larger than 10, 000. thus prepared analysed permeation range from 000 to 300, 000, where chromatograms detected UV absorption detector ICP-MS. analytical methods applied vertical profile measurements SEC Biwa. In consequence, it has elucidated that most are molecule-metal complex forms.
