摘要: Stomatal traits are important to cope with changes in levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and changing availability water. Thus, they expected be involved the reactions plants climate change. They known show a plastic physiological response environmental factors such as elevated CO concentrations, but also under genetic control should undergo evolutionary change if selection differs among environments. development is regulated by several signals suggesting polygenic inheritance. In present study, F 1 progeny derived from cross between Quercus robur Q. subsp. slavonica were used map QTLs (quantitative trait loci) for stomatal densities growth parameters nonwater stress conditions 3 consecutive years, respectively. The positions density coincided on six linkage groups. QTL allele associated higher was generally taller size increment indicating pleiotropic gene effects or close linkage. phenotypic individual mostly moderate terms variance explained. However, considerable amount genetically determined variation explained (from 63.6% 94.4%). Especially, group 11 had strong highly significant effect all years major this group. importance analyse controlling complex adaptive keystone species oaks discussed regard better understanding ecosystems global
