摘要: To study the adaptability and genetic diversity in Apis species, molecular analyses play vital role for which good quality/ quantity of DNA is an important component. Here we describe a simple efficient method isolating quality genomic from different body parts species through modifying previous protocols. Alteration was made extraction buffer (100 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, containing 2% Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), 1.5 M NaCl, 10 Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) â-mercaptoethanol added after grinding) developed protocol successfully tested on two A. cerana florea. isolated thorax yielded compared to other that further validated using microsatellite markers.
