摘要: Abstract Anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) using the thin-film mercury electrode was shown to be a successful technique for determination of total (free plus complexed) trace metal concentrations in various types aqueous sample. The method developed involved minimum sample treatment and required only simple inexpensive equipment. practical limit sensitivity about 0·1 μg I−1 cadmium, lead copper. zinc found complicated by formation an intermetallic compound with Interference other metals complexing agents investigated. Photochemical oxidation decomposition complexes organic ligands filtered sewage effluent successful, although process is slower cadmium than metals. Good agreement atomic absorption spectroscopy obtained all Possible improvements ASV are discussed.
