摘要: Preaxial mirror polydactyly of foot is a rare congenital anomaly with even fewer documentations for definitive treatment. To provide sensate, near normal ability to wear shoes difficult achieve in this variant fibular dimelia and calcaneal duplication, delayed presentation at 6 years. Our case obtained satisfactory cosmetic functional outcome upon excision accessory calcaneum the medial three toes along covering defect local full thickness skin flap: first its kind mentioned literature. We report because rarity share our surgical experience acceptable outcome.
