摘要: Erythropoietin is a glycoprotein hormone which regulates erythropoiesis by stimulating proliferation, preventing apoptosis and inducing differentiation of red blood cell precursors in the bone marrow (Spivak 2005). Not surprisingly, erythropoietin receptors (EPO-R) were first observed these target erythroid cells (D’Andrea Zon 1990).
